Outdoor furniture

1. How long will it take to finish my order?

Re: 4-6 weeks for 1×40 HQ container.

2. Do you guarantee that your prices are competitive?

Re: Yes, all our up to dated-low prices will be posted by e-mail to you as your request or as soon as we receive your online order, discount available for bulk orders.

3. Can you help me with shipping arrangements?

Re: Yes, we can help you to choose a professional freight forwarding company, just inform us your nearest port. So, you can rest assured that your furnitures will reach your port safe and sound.

4. What is your return policy? Damaged goods?

Re: In cases where items are damaged we will need you to supply us with photos of the damaged pieces and a short description of the problem and your estimated cost of the damage. We will offer you credit for your next order.

5. How do I place an order?

Re: Before you decide to make your purchase, please choose your selection, and send us your email to clarify your final order, and our marketing will reply to you soonest.

6.What is the material used to manufacture the furniture?

Re: Approximately 94% of the material is from recycled High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), or recycled gallon milk and water jugs. The remaining 6% is color and UV Stabilizer.

7.How do I clean it?

Re: Water will remove most soil. You may use any non-abrasive cleaner, including bleach if you feel it's necessary to sanitize. High-pressure washing (or a trip to the car wash) is recommended annually for white pieces. The material is non-porous and won't absorb spills that may stain.

8.How do I store it?

Re: You don't! The furniture is made to withstand the extremes in climates. Whether you live in the freezing cold of Minnesota, the dry desert of Arizona or sunny Florida our furniture is made to last a lifetime.

9.How can it be sturdy and comfortable?

Re: HDPE is a naturally flexible polymer and molds to your body for exceptional comfort; yet it's warranted not to crack, break, splinter or peel because it won't breakdown or become brittle from the sun or cold temperatures. It is actually a wood substitute, making it as dense as wood and approximately 20% heavier than cedar — without the maintenance.

10.Does the color fade?

Re: Unlike most other plastics, the material used to fabricate the furniture is considered colorfast. It will not fade more than 4% over a 10 year period; a color change that is probably not noticeable to the human eye. The color runs throughout each piece and has a UV-inhibitor incorporated into the material to minimize the chance of fading or yellowing.

11.How long will it take to get my new furniture?

Re: All of our furniture is hand-crafted when you order. Please be aware that it may take 4-6 weeks before your furniture is ready to ship. If you need your furniture more quickly, let us know a specific date and we will do our best to accomodate you.

12.Are all of the products available in any of the color choices?

Re: Yes. We will make any piece in any of our 7 complimentary colors selections.

13.Is it guaranteed?

Re: Yes, it is guaranteed for 2 years to never crack, rot, splinter or peel.
